I am a graduate student at Carnegie Mellon University, pursuing a PhD in Computer Science at the Human-Computer Interaction Institute. My advisor is Eric Paulos.

My current research explores low-cost (DIY) technology in the context of political discourse, street art and other grassroots public expressions.

Earlier, I worked for a small startup company. I received my BA from New York University with a double major in Philosophy and Computer Science.
